No prior visitation. Relatives and friends are invited to a funeral service on Friday, January 15th at Holy Trinity Ukrainian Orthodox Church 200 Como Park Blvd. at 10 AM. (Please assemble at church). Interment St. Matthew Cemetery. Arrangements by MELVIN J. SLIWINSKI FUNERAL HOME.
