May 5, 2015; of Buffalo, NY; Beloved husband of Phon (nee Namkham) Chanthachak. Dearest father of Somchanh, Khammanh, late Somchay and the late Lai Chanthachak. Dear grandfather of Pamela, Cody, Alex and Elizabeth. Brother of Scott (Mi), Vieng (Sene), Kor (Leuam) Manirath and predeceased by four brothers and one sister. Also survived by nieces and nephews. Family will be present to receive relatives and friends on Friday from 11:00 a.m - 1:00 p.m. at the MELVIN J. SLIWINSKI FUNERAL HOME 85 George Urban Blvd. (west of Harlem Road) where funeral services will immediately follow at 1:00 p.m. Somvang was a member of the Laos Community.
