Beloved husband of the late Virginia (nee Baran) Kozuchowski; dearest father of Sharon (Jeff) Samson, Doreen Barr, Jack (Nancy) Kozuchowski and Melanie (Robert) Jachimowicz; grandfather of 11 grandchildren, one great grandson and three great granddaughters; brother of late Matthew (late Josephine), late Lucy (late Frank) Mysiak and the late Edward (late Rose) Kozuchowski; also survived by nieces and nephews. Family will be present to receive relatives and friends Sunday 3-8 PM at the MELVIN J. SLIWINSKI FUNERAL HOME 5090 Transit Rd. (south of Como Park Blvd.) Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday at St. John Vianney Church 2950 Southwestern Blvd. at 9:30 AM.
