October 16, 2012 of Cheektowaga, NY Dearest father of Todd (Vicki) Wasielewski, Dale Wasielewski, Tamara (Michael) Froelich and the late Thaddeus Wasielewski. Dear grandfather of Timothy, Kyle, Amanda, Dale, Kayleigh, Collin, Dylan and great-grandfather of Mayleah. Brother of Carol (Jerry) Lis and the late Daniel (Eleanore) Wasielewski. Also survived by nieces and nephews. Family will be present to receive relatives and friends on Thursday 4-8 p.m. at the MELVIN J. SLIWINSKI FUNERAL HOME 85 George Urban Blvd. (west of Harlem Rd.). A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday in Queen of Martyrs Church at 9:30 a.m. (please assemble at church) Interment St. Adalbert Cemetery. Flowers gratefully declined. If desired, contributions may be made to the National Kidney Foundation 15 Prince Street Rochester, NY 14607-1495.
