September 27, 2012 age 70 of Lancaster, NY. Loving husband of 47 years to Patt (nee Brudek) Tomczak; dear father of Debby (Mike) Schroer and David (Sheri) Tomczak; adored poppy of Eric, Maria, Andrew and Trisha; son of the late Chester J. and Carrie (nee Aleksandrowicz) Tomczak. No prior visitation. Family and friends are invited to a Memorial Mass on Saturday September 29 at 10 AM in St. Philip the Apostle Church 950 Losson Rd. Interment to follow in St. Matthews Cemetery. Mr. Tomczak served in the US Airforce, a retired Policeman for the Cheektowaga Police Dept. member of its SWAT Team, exempt member of U-Crest Fire Dept., a member of the Eagles and was an avid runner. Flowers gratefully declined.
