November 21, 2012 unexpectedly at the age of 37 of Depew, NY. Beloved mother of Cassandra Alexis Connors; dearest daughter of Ronald R. and Carol J. (nee Marquart) Porzelt; dear sister of Michelle (Timothy) Burkard and Eric (Heather) Porzelt; niece of Lynn (Daniel) Conley; also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins. Family will be present to receive relatives and friends on Sunday from 3-8 PM at the MELVIN J. SLIWINSKI FUNERAL HOME 5090 Transit Rd. (south of Como Park Blvd.) where funeral services will be held on Monday at 11 AM. Flowers gratefully declined memorials may be made to Horizon Health Services 3020 Bailey Ave. Buffalo, NY 14215.
