February 27, 2013 age 69 of West Seneca, NY. Dearest father of William Jr., Richard and Ruth Ann (Micheal) Knight; dear grandfather of Cody, Becky, Cheyenne and Jeremy; son of the late Alphonse and Monica (nee Kasza) Stanek; brother of Caroline and Shirley; also survived by nieces and nephews. Family will be present to receive relatives and friends on Friday 2-4 and 7-9 PM at the MELVIN J. SLIWINSKI FUNERAL HOME 5090 Transit Rd. (south of Como Park Blvd.) where funeral services will be held on Saturday at 2 PM. Bill served in the US Navy during the Vietnam War, a member of VFW #6239 and F&AM Lodge 925.
