May 16, 2013 of Marilla, NY Died peacefully at home at the age of 85; Beloved husband of 63 years to Lorraine D. (nee Makarowski) Yuzwak. Dearest father of Donna (Rodney) Hess, Korleen (Cliff) Calkins, Cheryl (Thomas) Scheifflee, Elaine Barnes, Audrey (Jerry) Wolski and Janet (Richard) Nedescu. Dear grandfather of 15 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. Brother of Ann Clarke, Mary (Charles) Braden and the late Sophie Tighe, Stacey Gill, Michael Yuzwak and Olga Rodler. Also survived by nieces and nephews. No prior visitation. A Memorial Mass will be celebrated on Monday in Annunciation of the Blessed Virgin Mary Church 7580 Clinton Street, Elma at 10:00 a.m. William was a delegate to the Buffalo District Union Carpenters for 25 years, member of Local #355 and #289 for over 50 years and tremendously enjoyed nature and the outdoors. Arrangements by MELVIN J. SLIWINSKI FUNERAL HOME.
